This is a beautiful place to stop for the night in Arizona. In the North West Corner of the Phoenix Area. We are near the Peoria Sports complex where the Rockies do their spring training, and within a half hour of America West Arena Where the Phoenix Suns play and Bank One Ball Park where the World Series Champion Diamondbacks do their magic.

This Location is within 5 minutes away from a major interstate loop, and gives easy access to the entire valley and being centrally located in the state allows much opportunity for travel to the Old West towns of Wickenberg 45 minutes West, and Prescott an hour north. Historic Route 66 runs through Flagstaff just 2 hours to the north. Let us not forget to mention Historic Tucson 1.25 hours South (the former capitol city) with it's old west adventure Old Tucson, San Xavier Mission, Desert Museum MT Lemon Ski area and Colossal Cave. To the south of Tucson there is Madera Canyon Recreation area, Tombstone, Tubac and Nogales where you can walk across the border and shop in Historical Old Mexico.

Lake Pleasant is 20 minutes away and provides water sports activities and fishing with an AZ Game and Fish License. A Half Hour East you can visit Scottsdale and the old west town experience of Rawhide where you can enjoy a cowboy cookout. Arrowhead mall is about 10 minutes away and within 2-12 minutes you can dine and shop at most major chain and private restaurants and stores. We have a Top Shelf Mexican Restaurant (Fine Mexico City Dining) within walking distance as well as Albertsons, Frys, Subway, Jack-in-the-box, McDonalds, and many other stores and establishments. The activities and amenities in Arizona are too numerous to list on one page, you have to come see for yourself! Bring your tow-vehicle and travel around the state for a few days from your base camp here in the Phoenix Area!!!

We have a full hookup available to include 30 or 50 Amp A/C, Cable TV, Water, and Sewer. The site accommodates up to a 50'RV and you can park a tow vehicle as well if necessary.  We also provide the comfortable environment for campfire spot with parking spaces. The Close Cement slab and drive through access have been renewed for service.  Welcome to Sun Valley RVspaces.

This site rents for $25 per night, $50 per weekend or $100 per week.  No extended stays will be reserved for this location.
