Q & A

1.) How do I make a reservation?
A.) Tell us what you want. Where the desired site is found for you, pay with credit card to make/confirm your reservation. We will send you directions and other pertinent information within 72 hours. (Reserve a Location)

2.) Do I have to be a member? Are there fees or dues?
A.) Not a membership. There are no fees or dues, only the rental costs and a refundable damage deposit of $50.00 that is refunded after your visit provided all is left at the location as it was upon arrival. ($50.00 Deposit will be held on credit card where applicable.)

3.) What if I change my mind about renting space?
A.) You can change your dates or site chosen - If it is 48 hours prior to your rental date, however, once a reservation is made and accepted, there are no refunds.

4.) Who and when do I pay?
A.) You pay by credit card when the reservation is made, either through this secure website or on the phone with our toll free # 602-770-6438

5.) Do you accept credit cards?
A.) Yes! Most major ones.

6.) What do you charge?
A.) Price varies with the site chosen and the duration of your stay.

7.) Where are your sites? How big are they?
A.) We currently have spaces in Oklahoma and Florida - Size varies.

8.) Are pets allowed?
A.) Yes. Sometimes a deposit may be required where noted in description.

9.) Do your sites accept big rigs or have pull-throughs?
A.) All sites accept big rigs. Some are pull through, some aren’t.

10.) What about Sporting licenses?
A.) You’re on your own there.

11.) What if something goes wrong?
A.) Use your good judgment. If there is a problem with the location, contact us. If you damage something on the property, contact us, and do your best to settle with the property owner if possible. At a minimum, provide your insurance information to the property owner. Please read the agreement on the (Reserve a Location) page for more details. We will try to be helpful at any rate.
